1. Only customers who leave a 5-star Google Review are eligible to redeem one (1) Limited Edition Greevy EZ-Link Card.
2. Short, perfunctory, or one-word reviews are not eligible for redemption.
3. Each eligible customer is entitled to redeem only one (1) Limited Edition Greevy EZ-Link Card per household.
4. Customers are required to present a valid proof of purchase of Gree residential air conditioning unit such as invoice during redemption.
5. Multiple redemptions using the same invoice are strictly not permitted.
6. Customers are required to make a reservation prior to collection via WhatsApp message to our customer service team.
7. Redemptions are only eligible for self-collection during office hour (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) at Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte Ltd, main office: 991 Alexandra Road #01-02A, Singapore 119964.
