Terms and Conditions
The Gree Residential Air Conditioner 5 and 10 Years Warranty is organized by Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Company Registration No. 202504912W). By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
This warranty applies only to the following Gree residential air conditioner series models:
- Single Split Charmo Series
- Single Split SP Series
- Multi Split Free Match Charmo Series
- Multi Split Free Match SP Series
- Multi Split Free Match 360° Air Discharge Ceiling Cassette
- Multi Split Free Match 1-Way Ceiling Cassette
- Multi Split Free Match Ducted Type
2. Warranty Registration
(a) To qualify for the warranty, the product must be registered online via Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. official website Warranty Registration with
- A valid proof of purchase (original invoice/order confirmation showing purchase date, model and price)
- The product’s serial number (photo of serial number on the installed unit or carton box)
(b) Incomplete, fraudulent, or late submissions will be rejected at Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. sole discretion.
3. 5 and 10 Years Warranty Details
(a) Warranty coverage:
- Full unit warranty: 5 years
- Compressor warranty: 10 years (excludes labor cost, transportation costs and refrigerant recharge)
(b) Your unit is warrantied against defective materials and manufacturing faults within the period indicated on this Warranty Application

(c) This warranty does not cover any unit damaged by:
- Accidents, misuse, tampering, mishandling or Acts of God.
- Installation to wrong AC supply voltage or subjected to abnormal voltage supply.
- Installation not in accordance with the required specifications.
- Usage not in accordance with the Owner's Manual or not for purposes ordinarily intended.
- Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting or stains.
(d) This warranty becomes void when:
- The serial number is removed, defaced, illegible or altered.
- Any alteration or modification is carried out to the unit.
- Any unauthorized repairs are carried out to the unit.
- The unit is for commercial purpose, rental or on loan to other users.
- Routine maintenance servicing where necessary was not carried out.
(e) This warranty does not cover:
- Remote controls, cabinets, dust covers, plastic panels, filters, strainers, driers, refrigerant, extruded parts such as knobs, levers, sockets, plugs, and detachable parts or accessories. The definition of detachable parts or accessories will be solely determined by the Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd.
- Transportation, handling or delivery charges incurred in the delivery, handling and transportation of the unit or any checking or repair location after 5 years from the date of warranty registration.
- Labor, transportation and miscellaneous charges for the replacement of the compressor part after 5 years from the date of warranty registration. (Only the compressor part will be provided free of charge and must be replaced and recovered by Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd.)
- Transportation for the checking of mis-operation or mis-installation of units.
- Routine/non-routine maintenance servicing and/or cleaning.
- Special equipment/scaffoldings/crane/false ceilings/concealed access to installation location necessary for accessibility or safety requirements.
- Use of the unit outside Singapore mainland.
- Indirect, consequential, special damage of any nature whatsoever.

4. General Terms
(a) Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to:
- Disqualify participants suspected of fraud, abuse or tampering with the warranty promotion.
- Reject registrations with insufficient/inaccurate documentation.
- Modify these Terms & Conditions, or warranty terms at any time without prior notice.
(b) By participating, you consent to Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. use of your personal data for administering the warranty services.
(c) Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. decisions on all matters relating to this warranty, including eligibility and warranty claims, are final and binding.
(d) Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. excludes the liability for:
- Loss/damage due to late/missed registration, incomplete submissions, or misuse of the product.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the warranty.
Gree Airconditioning Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw or amend this warranty at its sole discretion. Artwork and specifications are for illustration only, actual products may vary.
This warranty is only valid in Singapore.
